The tool is not displaying correctly

On your version of URL Profiler, if the text looks over-sized and is crashing into the tickboxes, you have an issue with incompatible screen settings.

It will look something like this (check out uClassify, you can't even click the tickbox!)

This is caused by a DPI (dots per inch) screen setting in Windows 7, which causes the text size to increase but not the rest of the URL Profiler GUI (it does not appear to happen in Windows 8).

To fix it, you just need to adjust your DPI settings - here is an excellent explanation on how to do this.
